The fine cut steeps so much faster than the whole stalks I used to buy, and one teaspoon is plenty for a full mug. It's got that clean, slightly sweet citrus taste without any bitterness, even when I forget and leave the bag in too long. Been drinking it every evening instead of my usual chamomile.

The fine-cut dried lemongrass steeps so much faster than the whole stalks I used to buy, and the citrus aroma fills the kitchen as soon as the water hits it. I use a heaping teaspoon in my teapot most afternoons now.
