The dried leaves are wonderfully fragrant and crumble easily for tea or seasoning. I've been adding a pinch to my evening tea and it has a smooth, earthy taste that's quite soothing.

I made a sage tea this morning and the flavor is much more robust than the grocery store stuff I used to buy—the leaves are really fragrant. It steeped perfectly in about five minutes without getting bitter.

The leaves are a beautiful, vibrant green and have a much stronger, more authentic aroma than the stale stuff I've bought before. Brewing a cup of this sage tea gives a wonderfully smooth, earthy flavor that I find really calming in the evening.
