オーガニックサンザシベリー - ホール

I've been steeping a tablespoon of these in hot water every night and the tart, slightly floral taste is way better than the powdered stuff I used before. The berries arrived whole and plump, no dust or crushed bits at the bottom of the bag.

The deep red color is exactly what I hoped for, and the whole berries have a nice earthy tartness that brews up into a surprisingly soothing tea. I've been adding a handful to my evening routine for a few weeks now, and the quality feels genuinely fresh.

The berries arrived whole and intact, not crushed into powder like some other brands I've tried. They have a pleasantly tart, earthy taste that steeps into a deep reddish tea. My heart feels a little more supported knowing I'm using such an old, trusted herb each day.
