オーガニック レモンピールパウダー

I was skeptical about peel powder, but a half teaspoon stirred into hot water with honey tastes like fresh lemon zest, not the bitter rind I expected. It dissolves pretty well if you stir right away.

I tossed a spoonful into my iced tea this afternoon and the zestiness came through without any bitter aftertaste. The powder dissolves cleanly, which surprised me since I expected clumps, and my glass smelled like fresh citrus. It’s become my daily afternoon pick-me-up.

I’d been making lemon tea with just juice and honey for years, but sprinkling in this powder completely changes the flavor profile — it brings that fragrant, slightly bitter zest that makes the cup taste so much more complex. Even a small scoop dissolves nicely into cold water for a quick afternoon
