オーガニック ミルクシスル / セントメアリーシスル シード

Switched to this after my old brand got pricey, and the seeds actually smell fresh, not dusty like some I've tried. Steeping a teaspoon in hot water before bed has become my little ritual.

Three weeks in and my digestion feels noticeably calmer, plus the seeds themselves are clean and uniform with no musty smell. I toss a spoonful into smoothies most days, and knowing it’s certified organic makes the routine feel that much better.

It's been part of my nightly routine for three weeks now, and I genuinely feel a difference in my digestion and energy after heavy meals. The organic seeds are whole and have a clean, earthy smell, and they grind up nicely for my morning smoothie or tea.
