オーガニックミルクシスル / セントメアリーズシスルシード - クラッシュ

I've been adding this to my morning smoothie for about three weeks now, and the crushed form actually dissolves better than the whole seeds I used to grind myself. The liver-supporting benefits are hard to measure day-to-day, but I appreciate that it's a traditional remedy backed by modern studies.

After a month of taking this with my morning smoothie, I can already tell a difference in how my body handles richer meals. The crushed texture is fine enough to blend without any grit, and the resealable bag keeps it fresh.

The seeds come already crushed, which saves me grinding them myself, and the resealable bag keeps them from going stale. Only gripe is the texture is a bit gritty stirred into tea, but I've gotten used to it.
