I usually bloat like crazy before my cycle, but this tea has really helped calm that down. The cut herb is a nice, consistent size and brews up a mild, earthy flavor that's easy to drink.

Brewed a cup after my last period cramps hit and the bloating eased noticeably within twenty minutes. The herb is cut fine enough that I didn't need a tea ball, just a simple strainer worked perfectly.

The cut is perfect for steeping—fine enough to brew fast without being dusty—and it really helped settle my bloating after just two cups. No bitterness at all, which I was worried about with a new herb.
