스타 아니스 가루

The deep, licorice-like aroma hit me as soon as I opened the bag—much stronger than the whole pods I've used before. A tiny pinch was enough to transform my chai.

I was worried powdered anise would taste dusty, but this dissolves into chai almost instantly. No fillers or added colors either, just a straight, sweet licorice kick. My only note is that a little goes a long way, so start with a quarter teaspoon.

I stirred half a teaspoon into my evening tea and the licorice warmth was way stronger than the whole pods I used to buy. Being pure powder with no fillers means a little goes a long way, so this bag will last me months.
