Frankincense is usually used in incense, smudging, aromatherapy & oils (massage). It should be used externally only. Traditionally it was used to support healthy skin and even help with minor inflammation. Frankincense is often used in skincare products for its rejuvenating anti-aging qualities, as well as for its ability to balance and soothe. A patch test should be performed prior to use.

Frankincense Powder is used in various ways - try adding it to homemade face masks, blending it into essential oil blends, or creating your own incense for a calming atmosphere. Its lovely warm, resinous scent also makes it a perfect addition for DIY candles or bath products.
