This liver tonic has been in use for literally thousands of years. Modern research shows that Milk Thistle (also known as St Mary's thistle) has a truly remarkable ability to both support the liver and to protect it. Miles ★★★★★

The seeds come already crushed, which saves me the hassle of grinding them myself every morning. I stir a spoonful into my tea and it blends right in without much of a taste.

Jacob ★★★★★

I’ve been adding a teaspoon of this crushed seed to my morning smoothie for about three weeks now, and it blends in easily without any grittiness. The fact that it’s wild harvested and has that ancient liver-support history really sold me.

Madison T. ★★★★★

The texture is a nice fine crush, so it mixes easily into my morning smoothie without that gritty feeling I was worried about. It’s reassuring knowing it’s wild harvested given how long this herb’s been used for liver support.
