ORGANIC RED CLOVER WHOLE HERB

Red Clover flowers & leaves have been traditionally regarded as highly beneficial as a rich source of isoflavones that contains many beneficial nutrients. Historically they have been used in tea or added to herbal blends and are also regarded by many as beneficial for PMS, menopause, regulating hormones and helping with mood changes and irritability.

Brewing Instructions:

Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea. Place 1 teaspoon in 250ml of hot water and brew on medium heat for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Add a teaspoon of honey if required.
