The powder is finely milled and mixes into tea without clumping, which I appreciate for my nightly routine. It's nice to have a fresh batch of the root, since I’ve had older herbs lose their potency before.

I’ve been adding this root powder to my evening tea and the earthy, slightly bitter taste is easy to get used to. The texture is smooth and dissolves without clumping, which makes it simple to stir in. It’s become a calming part of my nightly routine.
