益母草 - 100%天然乾燥益母草 - 出清！

The dried herb arrived in a generous bag and still smells fresh, not dusty like some bulk teas I've bought. I steep a teaspoon for about ten minutes in the evenings and it's helped take the edge off a stressful week. The bitterness is real, so I add a little honey.

Brewed a strong cup before bed and felt noticeably calmer within half an hour, which is exactly what I needed for my evening anxiety. The dried leaves are clean and well-packed, no stems or debris like some other batches I’ve tried.

The bitterness is no joke, but I’ve been steeping a teaspoon in hot water each evening and it’s become a calming part of my routine. The dried leaves look fresh and whole, not crushed to powder like some bags I’ve tried.
