I almost missed the dill’s bright, celery-like aroma when I opened the bag—it’s that fresh. The tips are clearly dried from a good stock, and a pinch tossed into my potato salad gave it that classic, garden-picked kick without any woody stems.

The leaves are surprisingly fluffy and green, not the dusty crumbles you sometimes get. I used them in a potato salad and the flavor was fresh and clean, just like picking dill from the garden.

The dried dill smells way stronger than the jarred stuff I used to buy, and a spoonful stirred into sour cream with cucumbers made a great dip. I've also been adding it to boiled potatoes and it holds its flavor well.
