Organic Fenugreek Powder - CLEARANCE!

This jar is packed tight and the powder has that earthy, slightly bitter aroma I remember from my grandmother’s kitchen. I’ve been adding a teaspoon to my lentil curry and it thickens the sauce just right, though I wish the bag had a resealable top.

I’ve been adding this powder to my evening tea for a few weeks now, and it blends in without any grittiness. The earthy flavor is perfect for curries too, which I wasn’t expecting.

The fine grind dissolves instantly into my curry base, saving me from clumpy sauce disasters. This bag is a fantastic deal for the price, especially since a little goes a long way in stews.
