有機葫蘆巴籽

I’ve been adding a teaspoon to my morning tea, and it has a pleasantly earthy, nutty flavor that blends well. The seeds are uniformly sized and smell very fresh, which makes me trust the organic quality. It’s become a simple, soothing ritual I actually look forward to.

Steeped a spoonful in hot water for about ten minutes and the tea came out smooth, not bitter like I feared. I've been drinking a cup after heavy dinners and my digestion feels noticeably calmer. The bag is a generous size too, so it'll last me a while.

The seeds smell really fresh and aromatic the moment you open the bag, way better than the old jar I had sitting in my pantry. I've been adding a pinch to curries and steeping some as a tea after meals, and it's helped with bloating. Sealed pouch keeps them dry too.
