有機一枝黃花草茶

I've been steeping this golden rod tea every evening and the mild floral taste is really soothing. It's noticeably higher quality than the dusty tea bags I used to buy, with whole flowers instead of crumbs. The antioxidants are a nice bonus for a bedtime ritual.

The flowers are quite large and intact, not crushed like some others I've tried. I steeped a generous teaspoon for about five minutes and the golden brew has a mild, earthy taste that's surprisingly pleasant.

The loose flowers smell faintly sweet, and steeping a teaspoon for about five minutes gives a smooth cup without any bitterness. I like that it's organic and sourced from Poland, and the resealable bag keeps it fresh. Two cups a day has become my little ritual.
