有機水飛薊 / 聖瑪麗薊粉末 - 新貨到！

I stir a teaspoon into warm water every morning and it dissolves pretty well with just a bit of stirring. Nice knowing it's organic, and the bag has held up fine in my cupboard over the past month. My digestion feels steadier since I started.

Third order of this powder and the quality keeps impressing me, it’s so finely ground that it dissolves almost instantly in my morning smoothie. After a few weeks of daily use, I genuinely feel my digestion runs smoother and my energy is more stable through the afternoon.

My last batch came in yesterday and the powder is a fine, light texture that mixes without clumping into my evening herbal tea. Three weeks in and I'm already noticing the difference in my digestion after heavy meals. It's been a staple in my routine ever since.
