有機紅花苜蓿 - 全草

I was a little worried about the quality when the bag arrived, but the whole herb is surprisingly fresh and fragrant, with the crimson blossoms still intact. Steeped a teaspoon in hot water and the tea has a mild, earthy sweetness that I’ve already come to look forward to each evening.

The flowers and leaves are vibrant and fragrant, exactly what I hoped for when brewing my nightly tea. I’ve been steeping about a tablespoon for ten minutes and the color is a beautiful deep amber. It’s a solid, clean harvest that feels genuinely fresh from the field.

The leaves are a bit stemmy in places, but the flowers themselves look fresh and smell like proper dried clover. I've been steeping a spoonful as an evening tea and it's mild enough to drink without honey.
