I was pleasantly surprised by how potent these star anise pods are—just one in my tea gives it a deep, licorice-like warmth. The fact that they're harvested naturally with no additives really comes through in the clean, pure flavor. Perfect for my winter infusions.

These are the whole pods through and through, no dusty bits or stems hiding at the bottom. The scent hits you the second you open the bag, and they keep their punch even after a long simmer.

I was pleasantly surprised by how aromatic these are—just one pod in my chai gives it a deep, authentic licorice warmth. The fact that they’re harvested naturally with no fillers is exactly what I was looking for. They’re way more potent than the ground stuff I used to buy.
