I've been steeping a teaspoon of this in hot water every morning for about two weeks and my digestion feels noticeably better after heavy meals. The root comes as decent-sized dried chunks, not dusty powder, so it holds up fine in a strainer.

The bitter taste is surprisingly pleasant when I brew it as a tea, and the dried root pieces look clean and fresh. I've been taking it for a few days to help with my digestion after meals, and I feel like it's doing its job without any harsh side effects.

Steeped a teaspoon in hot water for about ten minutes and the tea has that pleasant, earthy bitterness you'd expect from a root herb. The pieces are whole and look clean, no dusty powder at the bottom of the bag. Seems like solid quality for a short-term digestive support tea.
