While Moringa was discovered thousands of years ago, only recently has it become known as one of the most impressive herbal teas and supplements on the market.

Traditional uses have included assisting with relieving arthritis and joint pain, helping with digestion, allergies and asthma. It is also reputed to assist with a low sex drive, balancing hormones and regarded by some as also beneficial for slowing the effects of aging.

Moringa is also an excellent source of protein, vitamin A, potassium, calcium and vitamin C. It is also a strong anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory.

In plain terms in Australia its a non traditional food that does not have a history of significant human consumption.
