Brewing Instructions:

Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea.
Place 1 teaspoon in 250ml of hot (80 degrees Celsius) for between 5 to 10 minutes.
Strain and enjoy. Peppermint tea may also be brewed using room temperature water and placed in the fridge for a couple of hours. This cold brewing method releases less of the bitter tannins and results in a fresher, cleaner infusion.
