I was skeptical about the colour-change trick, but adding a squeeze of lemon to the deep blue brew really does turn it a vivid purple right before your eyes. It’s also surprisingly smooth and mild, which makes it an easy base for experimenting.

The deep blue brew shifts to a vivid purple the second lemon hits it, which honestly never gets old. I've been steeping it nightly just to watch the color show, and the wildcrafted flowers hold their hue even on a second steep.

I added a squeeze of lemon and watched it transform from deep blue to a vivid purple right in my cup. The flavor is mild and earthy, which makes it perfect for experimenting with different citrus additions. It's a fun, antioxidant-rich tea that looks beautiful whether you drink it hot or iced.
