I grabbed these mainly for tea, and the coriander comes through surprisingly warm and citrusy once steeped. Also tossed a spoonful into a pot of lentil soup and it rounded out the flavor nicely. For clearance pricing, the seeds taste fresh, not dusty.

These are great tossed into a pot of tea — that sour edge comes through nicely and makes it feel more herbal than plain. Only issue is the bag had quite a bit of broken seed dust at the bottom, but for the clearance price it's a solid buy.
