Couch grass is a rather nutritious herb, containing vitamins A and B in addition to potassium and iron.
Couch grass has been historically used to for various issues including gout, rheumatic disorders, chronic skin conditions and urinary tract, bladder and kidney disorders. The herb is widely distributed throughout the Northern Hemisphere, with a somewhat bland yet slightly sweet taste.

Brewing Instructions:
Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea. Place 1/2 - 1 teaspoon in 250ml of hot water (95 degrees Celsius) for 10 minutes). Strain and enjoy.
