Brewing Instructions:
Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea.
Place 1 teaspoon in 250ml of hot water (boil at 100 degrees Celsius) for between 2 and 5 minutes. Do not consume elderberries raw.
Strain and enjoy.
Tips: Elderberries are extremely versatile. Have it just as a tea, or make your own elderberry jam or your own elderberry syrup for coughs and colds. Recipes can be found online.
