Gotu Kola powder is made from pure organic gotu kola leaves and hardly needs an introduction. It has been used for thousands of years and is traditionally believed to help improve memory, help prevent hair loss, improve healing, improve skin through increased collagen production and to reduce anxiety and depression. It has a mild to slightly bitter taste.

Brewing Instructions: Fill a cup with boiling water along with 1 teaspoon of the herb in a strainer and let it steep for around 5 minutes (slightly longer if you prefer a stronger taste).
