Senna Leaves (Cassia angustifolia) have been used in traditional herbal medicine for many centuries and are considered to be a laxative, stimulant and may aid with weight loss. It is sometimes also used externally on the skin and hair. It is usually used in small quantities in tea or added to smoothies.

Should not be used if pregnant or breastfeeding.
