Triphala is a traditional Ayurvedic Indian herbal formulation consisting of the following 3 beneficial fruits:

Amalaki (Indian gooseberry/Emblica officinalis),

Bibhitaki (Belleric Myrobalan/Terminalia bellirica) and

Haritaki (Black Myrobalan/Terminalia chebula).

Traditionally Triphala has been regarded as anti-inflammatory and beneficial for detox, rejuvenation, stress and digestive issues (including gas and bloating). It may also support the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut.
