Sometimes also known as Lapacho or Taheebo, Pau d Arco Bark was traditionally used by South Americans for conditions including minor pain and inflammation, arthritis, to boost metabolism and to promote healthy cell growth. It reputedly combats fatigue and acts as an antioxidant, antiviral and antimicrobial.
